The family-owned Popeye was moving from one generation of ownership to the next. We teamed up with the strategic brains at Glashaus to rejuvenate the Popeye brand, re-positioning this State Heritage Icon for the future.
Our brand development brief involved taking inspiration from the Popeye's historic maiden Torrens voyage in 1935, while being modern and versatile enough to evolve with the expanding range of services into the 2020s. The project sails well beyond logo design, including select colour palettes for services, a wide range of integrated supporting graphics and carefully selected fonts. Clearly defined guidelines will keep future collateral neatly on-brand.
